Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed her Master’s in Counseling at Webster University.
Tiffney considers it a privilege to walk alongside her clients as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. She believes that mental illness does not define a person, nor does it mean someone is “broken” or “crazy.” With a foundation of unconditional positive regard, Tiffney creates a safe,

Her therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
