  • Call our office at: (910) 343-6890
  • Or have your provider fax a referral on your behalf.

What Happens Next?

After we receive your referral or call:

  • We identify the most appropriate level of care (individual therapy, medication management, PHP, IOP, or other services).
  • We contact the patient directly to schedule an appointment or intake.

If you are unsure which service is right, that is completely okay. We are here to help guide the process.
