Amanda Harberger

Hi! I am Mandi Harberger, Facility Programs Lead Case Manager at Delta Behavioral Health. I specialize in mental health case management and have worked in both clinical and community mental health settings for 20 plus years. I am passionate about helping individuals access the mental health treatment, resources, and support systems they need to thrive and build a life worth living.

I use a DBT-informed framework to guide and empower individuals in accessing appropriate services, exploring available resources, and tackling any barriers that may get in the way of treatment. I strive to create a safe, validating, and goal-oriented space as clients take the step of admitting into Delta’s PHP and IOP programs, as they progress in their treatment and at discharge, ensuring that clients have the resources they need to continue healing when they graduate.

My work is strengths-based and grounded in the belief that people are doing the best they can—and with the right support, they can do even better.
