I believe every person’s life is worth living — even in moments when it doesn’t feel that way. As a therapist trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and DBT Prolonged Exposure (DBT-PE), I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can safely explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work toward balancing acceptance of life’s realities with meaningful, lasting change.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist with experience working with adults navigating complex mental health and substance use concerns. I specialize in dual diagnosis treatment, borderline personality disorder, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
In addition to DBT and DBT-PE, I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Written Exposure Therapy (WET) for trauma treatment. I also integrate strengths-based approaches, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or ready to process painful experiences, therapy can be a powerful step toward healing. I look forward to walking alongside you as you move toward greater stability, resilience, and a life that feels worth living.
