Kalin Goriup

Hello all! I have had the pleasure of serving Delta's clients as a Case Manager in the Partial Hospitalization & Intensive Outpatient Programs since 2019. I have always known I wanted to work in mental health, and pursued my Bachelors in Psychology at UNCW, which brought me to Delta as an undergraduate intern. I graduated with my Masters in Social Work in May of 2025, completing my internship as a Dialectical Behavior Therapy provider here at Delta, which has deepened my passion for social justice and advocacy, and furthered my clinical knowledge. It is a privilege to be a part of Delta’s DBT Team, assisting clients from day one to discharge in smooth transitions in levels of care, and personalized referrals in the community.

Each day, I look forward to greeting our clients with a smile and empowering them to break through barriers and rise to the challenges of life. In the future, I plan to pursue licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to step into the therapist role and provide a warm, consistent presence and evidence-based interventions for those ready to embark on their journey of healing. During my off hours, you can find me at the beach with friends, making art, and community building in LGBTQIA+ spaces.
