Delta will bill insurance companies directly using a secure electronic billing process as a courtesy service to you. We will explain any charges that are not able to be billed directly to your insurance company.
Delta collects payments for services at the time of registration for each appointment. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, checks and cash.
Many insurance companies require that the client pay a co-payment directly to Delta. We collect these payments each time you come to Delta for any services. If you have deductibles, payment in full is expected upon arrival at Delta, until deductibles are met. If you are paying for services privately, payment in full is expected at the time of arrival at delta.
Taking the first step can feel a little easier with support.

Different practitioners are on the panels of most major insurance companies, including governmental agencies. If not paneled, many providers are eligible to provide services outside of your insurance company’s network in many cases. We work to optimize your benefits to provide services at the lowest possible cost to you. Delta can provide a courtesy phone call to your insurance company to determine your mental health benefits and help interpret costs of services.
Your insurance coverage is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Financial responsibility rests with the patient for deductibles, co-insurances and non-covered services. Insurance coverage is a variable and we cannot guarantee what services will be covered by your particular plan. We ask that you know the requirements of your insurance program. We will ask you to sign an authorization form requesting that insurance payments be sent directly to our office when appropriate.
For your convenience; we accept personal checks, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, HIS cards, money orders, and cash. We no longer accept American Express.
Since we value your time as much as we value your mental health, please review the following list of insurances and participating providers so we can best serve you. We are constantly evaluating new insurance programs, so please call to inquire if you do not see your plan or have additional questions. Although we attempt to keep the information posted on our website current, it is tentative and subject to change.
Other Insurances not listed above: Inclusive Health, Assurant Health, etc. please call your insurance company to inquire. These insurances approve providers on a case by case basis.
M.D.: Most insurances accepted. Please call to inquire if they are taking new clients.
