In 20 years, the basic tenets of my clinical practice have remained unchanged. I strive to foster trust, respect, and a sense of promise. Those are lofty goals, and I believe they are critical to achieving therapeutic dividends. 22 years ago, I graduated from the California School of Professional Psychology with my doctorate in clinical psychology. In 2004 I completed my post-doctorate at the Julia Ann Singer Center at Vista Del Mar in Los Angeles, CA. In 2005 I became a founding member of Delta Behavioral Health. My practice has shifted from in-person to telehealth service.
While not for some, my patients and I have found telehealth effective, and it has continued to yield the same positive outcomes as in-person treatment. I employ an eclectic style of modalities in my practice, primary among them being cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy.
I see a wide range of ages, starting from late teens all the way through late adulthood. I enjoy treating a variety of psychiatric maladies, chief among them would be anxiety and a sense of existential bewilderment. I look forward to another 20 years working with my patients.
