I am a graduate of University North Carolina, Wilmington. I have lived and worked in the Wilmington for 10 years. I currently do individual therapy working with adults. I specialize in dual diagnosis treatment, borderline personality disorder, substance abuse issues, mood disorders, anxiety disorders and trauma work. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience working with clients in both individual and group settings. I am direct in my approach and enjoy working to balance acceptance and change strategies to collaborate with you on finding your wise minded, life worth living. I am trained in DBT and EMDR and look forward to joining with you on your path to mental wellness.
