Thursday Afternoon DBT Skills Group

Thursday afternoon’s DBT skills group is now closed to new members. The current module, Mindfulness, runs from 2:30 – 4:00 PM and will continue on the following schedule.
January 28
February 4 and 11
The Emotion Regulation skills module is planned to begin February 25 and will run for 10 weeks. The Distress Tolerance and Interpersonal Effectiveness skills modules are scheduled for late spring and summer. For more information and to placement on the waiting list, call Delta at 910-343-6890.
