DBT Skills Group Announcement

The Monday evening DBT skills group is scheduled to start Mindfulness and Distress Tolerance classes on May 23, 2022.

  • Groups meet weekly on Mondays from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM (with some scheduled breaks).
  • Classes will run till the end of August 2022.
  • Learn skills like Mindfulness and Distress Tolerance to get through the moment without making it worse.
  • This Group may be attended in person, or via Zoom (telehealth).
  • Cost: $25 per session.
