Quality Management at Delta

Delta Behavioral Health conducts yearly and quarterly studies to ensure it is providing the best services possible, in intensive programs, including Partial Hospital Program (PHP) and Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP). A variety of factors that contribute to the effectiveness of services are examined in Delta’s studies. For example, Delta studied the degree to which PHP and SAIOP clients felt satisfied with group leader’s performance, whether clients felt their participation in program was beneficial, and the degree group therapists adhered to the program curriculum.
Our ‘Therapist Alliance Study’ found that Delta’s PHP client’s perceived themselves as being connected to the group and found group leaders to be respectful and good fit for the program. Our ‘Outcome Study’ was conducted to determine the effectiveness of Delta Behavioral Health’s Partial Hospital Program. Data suggests that former PHP clients perceived the program as effective, are happy with progress made during program, and would refer a friend, with similar issues, to Delta’s PHP. Delta knows that conducting the groups planned is an essential aspect of evidence based practice. Delta’s ‘Fidelity Study’ examined the degree that group leaders followed the program curriculum. We found that group leaders follow the curriculum closely yet remain flexible enough to address any immediate issues that may arise.
